Hi. My name is Tracey Hennessey and I want to thank you for visiting my website.
I know how important it is to try to get to know someone a little better through their website and imagine meeting them in person and shaking their hand. But, since I am not able to do that with you just yet, I will try to give you an idea of my background and what it would be like to work together.
First and foremost, I´m a true Californian, having spent my entire life right here on the Westside in beautiful Santa Monica.
I like to think of myself as a fun, active, high-energy, super-organized professional in her early forties that lives in paradise and loves her job. I also enjoy traveling, going to the beach, hiking in the mountains and simply spending time with family and friends.
I´ve received many formal awards over my 20 years in real estate, but the kudos that matter the most to me are the ones from my clients, when, for example, they tell me that they couldn´t believe that I handled a particularly impossible situation so well, or that I was able to accomplish something that they believed couldn´t be done. It was simply a part of a job that I love.
The truth is that a large majority of my business comes from referrals and repeat business - clients needing to "move-up", "move-down", handle another property sale of theirs, assist family, friends or business colleagues move to town - you name it.
What I can promise you is that whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor, we´ll get it done together. You can be sure of that.
And what I want you to realize most of all as a potential new client, is that I will always be there for you, giving you the level of attention and "realness" that you deserve. That is what I believe sets me apart from all the rest.
